NUTRINGREDIENTS, The New Name of the Company



At a General Meeting of the Company held on January 2nd, 2014, a Special Resolution was duly passed that the Company changes its name to NUTRINGREDIENTS Ltd.
As of January 10th, 2014, the Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name has been issued by Companies House.

The meaning of NUTRINGREDIENTS is easy to understand and it refers to the main purpose and activity of the Company : Focusing on Ingredients for Nutrition.
